AM DESK

Security & privacy

Your work deserves care. Here’s what AM Desk does — and what you should know before connecting.

Your account, your sources

Workspace records are scoped to the signed-in owner. Connection credentials are encrypted and kept on the server, not in your browser. Connections do not share your mailbox with a team. No system can promise complete security.

You choose what comes in

Gmail and Slack access is read-only. AM Desk uses your selected label or permitted conversations in bounded checks you start; it does not send messages or continuously monitor your work. Provider permissions can be broader than your AM Desk selection. Your organisation’s policies and provider approval requirements still apply. Live Zoom is not available here yet; permitted meeting notes can be imported.

AI suggestions, with original evidence

When you request an AI review, selected short excerpts and limited related-task context go through Lovable AI to an OpenAI-labelled model. Suggestions can be wrong: check original quotes, people and dates. Provider security and abuse monitoring may apply. We have not verified zero data retention for this route and do not claim an Enterprise retention control applies to our current plan.

Disconnecting is not deleting

Disconnecting stops future reads but keeps previous imports, tasks and saved editions. You can remove individual tasks. For account-wide deletion, contact support@am-desk.com; application, provider and backup handling need separate checks, and required financial records may be retained. We do not promise immediate erasure everywhere.

Before sharing workplace information

Only bring information you’re authorised to share. Your acknowledgement is not your organisation’s approval or a Data Processing Agreement. An agreed customer DPA is not currently available for acceptance; if your organisation requires one, wait until it is in place. No security certification or independent compliance approval is claimed.
