AM DESK · CURRENT MVP GUIDANCE
Privacy Policy
AM Desk privacy notice and current data-handling limits.
Draft notice · pending legal review
This is a transparent MVP notice, not a legally reviewed production policy. Controller identity, contact details, lawful bases, international transfers and the final processor terms must be confirmed before confidential work data or external connections are enabled.
Information stored
AM Desk stores your account email and authentication information, tasks, client records, notes, manually imported briefings and source links you choose to provide. A work-account acknowledgement records your account ID, guidance version and server-recorded date. The public landing page does not collect waitlist information.
Why it is used
Stored information supports account access, task tracking, daily summaries, briefing archives, client preparation and evidence of connection guidance acknowledgement. It is not a subscription to unrelated marketing.
Services and AI
The application uses Lovable Cloud for authentication and record storage and the Lovable connector gateway for configured Gmail/Slack pilot authorisations and provider reads. Selected source snippets, subjects, senders and links are stored as review items. Optional AI advice sends demo task fields to Lovable AI using an OpenAI model. User-triggered Review together processes selected source excerpts and the bounded existing task/proposal context described in Responsible Use Guidance through Lovable AI using an OpenAI model; workspace summaries and call preparation remain calculated. Gmail/Slack require owner configuration and live verification; Zoom and Fathom remain unavailable. A complete subprocessor list and contractual review remain pending.
Retention, deletion and rights
No automatic retention period or account-wide deletion process is implemented, and none is claimed here. Individual tasks can be deleted in the task editor. Provider revocation and erasure of imported data are separate actions. A verified privacy contact and rights-handling process are required before production collection of confidential information.
