These MVP terms require review and identification of the contracting legal entity before commercial use. No service-level commitment, pricing or production readiness guarantee is made.

Using the workspace

Use only information you are authorised to share. Demo records are labelled Sample. Review source information, dates and suggested actions; you remain involved in work decisions. Do not misuse the service or attempt to access another person’s records.

Available and planned

Manual tasks, client notes, structured imports and calculated daily overviews are available. Read-only Gmail/Slack pilot connection and bounded source-review code requires configured clients and live verification; provider approval is not guaranteed. Shared team oversight, Zoom and Fathom are unavailable. ChatGPT automations outside this app do not connect it to your work accounts.

Responsibilities

Your organisational responsibilities remain, as do AM Desk’s own applicable legal and security obligations. The responsible-use acknowledgement does not waive statutory rights. Final liability, commercial and dispute provisions are pending legal review.
